Return Policy

Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If
anything is wrong with your purchase, such as the items are damaged,
parts are missing, or you received the wrong item, KoalaKitchen.com
needs to inform the warehouse within 48 hours of the receipt of the
package. We ask your help in this by promptly informing us via the
Return Merchandise Request form below so that an exchange can be initiated.
In these situations the return shipping will be paid by the supplier.
Returns
We are happy to accept the return of unopened items
within 30 days provided the following criteria are met:
- You pay the return shipping.
- A 10% restocking fee is paid.
If the package has been opened, we can still accept
the merchandise within 30 days on these conditions:
- The item is returned in its original condition with the original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- You pay the return shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee is paid.
Non-returnable Items
Occasionally we will not be able to accept returns for an item. One
possiblity for this would be a closeout sale. If an item is non-returnable,
it will be mentioned in the item description.
